synopsis

- great low angst fluffy rivals to lovers moment I ate this up
- Rivals to lovers is lowkey my new shit I think ‐ I was hating on enemies to lovers so bad that I was missing out on the good shit honestly ‐ like the tension it brings is so good but it’s not as high stakes so it’s not weird ‐ I love it
- Emma and Campbell were just really chill extremely likable characters ‐ they felt really real (lol) ‐ they matched each other perfectly and watching them somewhat slowly clumsily fall in love was everything
- I liked that the side characters were really involved in this it made it so much better ‐ the side characters were entertaining and helped to give this the slice of life vibes that I love
- pretty much everything about this was perfect to me the writing style and characters were amazing and I loved all the sports content in this ‐ I do wish the plot was more focused on them winning as a team together (like coaching their team to like even just a district championship or something) vs Jordan and team Canada
- this book was balanced and paced very well tho
