- This was cute
- I was hesitant to call this an enemies to lovers book at first bc I didn’t think their dynamic would be that tense but it lowkey was
- One thing about Gabby is she can hold a grudge and she stands on business to your face and I love that about her ‐ also her emotions were so relatable just dealing w/ the blows that kept coming at her throughout the book ‐ I also walk away and self isolate when I’m mad or hurt to so she was valid af for that 😭
- Brooke was sweet and chill ‐ she’s also ballsy af for transferring to Gabby’s ‐ honestly it’s an insane move ‐ her explanation / lore drop wasn’t a lame excuse as to y she hurt Gabby in the past so u cant really be mad her for long
- The side characters on the team were a bit confusing to me everyone kind of blurred together outside of Natalie and Popeye ngl
- This became like a huge ball of fluff once the girls got together ‐ they uhauled to the max and I loved it for them ‐ it fit
